Get an up close glimpse of some of the animals roaming the 14,000 hectares of authentic bushveld landscape under the guidance of our trained and experienced rangers. The walk is a comfortable 2-3 hour guided tour and takes you exploring the reserve listening for any evidence of animals whilst the guide points out some interesting facts of the flora and flora found in the reserve.
Adults R150 pp / children R75 pp Surrounded by 14,000 hectares of authentic bushveld, Palala Boutique Game Lodge is perfect for mountain biking enthusiasts who enjoy discovering and exploring nature. Guests can safely cycle on the reserve and opt to follow our 5 km or 10 km easy-going bicycle trail. Bicycles can be collected from the front desk. Spend your outing sightseeing our magnificent and authentic bushveld surroundings, and enjoy a refreshing swim in our sparkling infinity pool upon your return.
Adults R100 pp / children R50 pp Anglers can enjoy a leisurely outing and opt to fish on the banks of the Limpopo River or at the waterway in front of the lodge. The Limpopo River snakes a total distance of over 1 750 km and along its route forms the border between Botswana and South Africa, where after it divides Zimbabwe and South Africa, before passing into Mozambique at Pafuri, where it finally flows into the Indian ocean. Anglers will be provided with bait, tackle and fishing rods. Our guides will gladly point you to the most popular spots to ensure you make the most of your outing.
Adult R500 pp / Children R250 pp An addition to the plethora of activities offered at Palala Boutique Game Lodge, is our popular river cruise – allow yourself to be taken on a slow and gentle cruise on the Palala River, meandering into the Limpopo River. The riverine bushveld offers excellent bird watching opportunities and is also perfect for crocodile and hippo sightings. Guests can opt between 2 time slots as the boat departs daily at 12pm and 2pm. The river cruise is a 2 hour long excursion and includes a canapé buffet
