Where will the wedding be?

The wedding is being hosted at Fahrenheit Charlotte on the rooftop of Hyatt Place Downtown Charlotte.

Is there still a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

While it won't be what we had planned in Lake Lure, we are hosting a welcome party at HopFly Brewing with some light bites and drinks. This is a casual drop-in event from 7p-9p on Friday night.

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

The new venue will be in Charlotte, NC. Please schedule all travel into Charlotte Airport.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have secured a room block at Hyatt Place Downtown Charlotte. The room block code is G-COHE. If you have any issues booking the room please contact Rosemary Johnson at the Hyatt directly at rosemary.johnson@hyatt.com.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We are asking for everyone to come in semi-formal attire. No jeans please.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In early November we expect a high in the mid-60s during the ceremony and potentially in the mid-50s in the evening. We encourage you to bring a shawl, sweater or jacket for the evening. We will have some blankets available too!

Kindly let us know if you have any food allergies or sensitivies that we need to make the venue aware of.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, while we ask that you enjoy drinks responsibly, we will be offering an open bar.

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We encourage everyone to take photos and share them with us after the wedding. We will provide a QR code to upload photos and feel free to share on social media.
