Welcome Party!

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We have chosen and booked HopFly Brewing for a welcome party on Friday evening from 7pm-9pm. This venue does not serve food, but we will provide some light bites (wraps, deli sliders, fruit, veggie and cheese trays). We encourage you to be comfortable and dress casually for this event. With the indoor/outdoor space in the loft area, a jacket or sweater may be necessary. Once the event concludes, you can choose to stay at the brewery for cash bar consumption or make your way back to the hotel or enjoy another bar in the area.

Wedding & Reception

3:30 pm - 9:00 pm

The wedding will start promptly at 3:30pm, so we kindly ask that all guests arrive between 3:00-3:15 to get your seats. After the ceremony concludes at 4:00p, the team at Fahrenheit will have to flip the ceremony space to cocktail hour space. From 4:00p-5:00p we invite you to enjoy the lounge bar, the expansive city views, or take a moment to freshen up back in your room. From 5:00p-6:00p there will be a cocktail hour with passed appetizers, and open bar. At 6:00p, we will move to the dining room for dinner service where you will be able to choose from three entree choices (steak, salmon or chicken). The reception will conclude at 9:00p. Once the reception ends, the Fahrenheit lounge bar will remain open for a cash bar or the Hyatt Place 10th floor lounge bar will be open until 2:00a.
