We have a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn off Western Ave in Albany, NY. Room rates are $189 per night. This is very close to our home/the wedding! The cutoff date to book a room is May 11th, 2026. Yankee Trails shuttle will be available for this hotel only on June 13th.

We have a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn off Washington Ave in Albany, NY. Room rates are $209 per night. This is very close to our home/the wedding! The cutoff date to book a room is May 11th, 2026. Uber vouchers will be available for this hotel location!

Travel Note

Driving/Parking

Our street is a dead end street and very short. During the wedding day, it will be one way parking for emergency vehicles. Parking will be reserved for our neighbors, catering staff, wedding planners, photographers, and DJ. Please try to Uber/Lyft if possible if you are local to the Albany area. If driving, please try to carpool. You can park at the Hampton Inn and use the shuttle service by Yankee Trails.

Yankee Trail Shuttle - Hampton Inn

June 13, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:45 pm

Yankee Trail shuttle will be available at the Hampton Inn and making the first departure at 3:15PM for the venue/our home. They will be making multiple trips up until 3:45PM as it is a smaller shuttle so it can fit on our street. 9:30PM first round departing back to the hotel. 10:40PM final trip departing back to the hotel. Those driving in are welcome to park at the hotel and take the shuttle as our street will be one way and reserved for vendors only**
