Turn-by-Turn Directions to FROST CHAPEL

Answer

Directions begin from the Front Gate of Berry College. If you need additional assistance, you can ask the staff at the Welcome Center for directions and a campus map. - Stay straight until you get to the roundabout. - Take the SECOND right off the roundabout, this road is called Deerfield Drive. - Continue to the STOP SIGN and take a RIGHT onto Road of Remembrance. - At the NEXT STOP SIGN continue STRAIGHT. - Make a left onto MEMORIAL DRIVE and follow it for approximately 3.2 miles. - At the end of this road, you will go over a large speed bump and come to an intersection. - Veer to your RIGHT and follow this road past Swan Lake. - Again, veer to the RIGHT and follow the road OVER A SMALL STONE BRIDGE. - Frost Chapel will be on your RIGHT at the top of the hill, and the PARKING LOT will be straight ahead on your RIGHT.

Is there parking available near the Wedding Venues?

Answer

YES! Parking for Frost Chapel is located at the bottom of the hill. Parking for Ford Dining Hall is available surrounding the Ford Dining Hall complex (around and behind). Parking for the After Party is available directly by the Legacy Park Clubhouse. Overflow parking can be accommodated by parking on the Legacy Park Circle closest to the curb.

Is there a place to drop someone off at Frost Chapel to avoid walking up the hill?

Answer

Yes! Before you reach the parking lot, there is a gravel road that leads up to and behind Frost Chapel. Guests are welcome to drop off others in their car before parking. However, we do ask that you only do this IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY, as the gravel road is very narrow, and the parking lot has limited capacity and needs to be empty by 1:55 PM to allow the Wedding Party to park behind the Chapel upon their arrival.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Although we love your littles, we kindly request that you leave them at home! We are trying to maintain an adults-only atmosphere, with the only exceptions being family and pre-discussed circumstances.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Only if you RSVP'd your guest when you confirmed your attendance! If not, we will not have a seat for them, as the Reception is assigned seating! If you would like to bring a +1 and are unable to RSVP them through Zola, please reach out to Ryan or Amanda.

Am I allowed to take photos during the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

We highly encourage you to take photos during the wedding! We do ask that you remain seated, as to not distract or obstruct any views. Please also ensure NO FLASH from your camera.

Can I post pictures of the Bride and Groom on Social Media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from posting pictures of the Bride and Groom on Social Media. However, there will be QR Codes throughout the Reception and After Party that we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to upload all photos to from your smart phones!

Where can I leave my gift(s)?

Answer

There will be a gift table at the RECEPTION being held in Ford Dining Hall! So please leave your gift(s) in your car while attending the Ceremony and then drop them at the Gift Table once you enter the Reception Hall! Alternatively, you may also elect to mail gifts to Ryan and Amanda through their Registries.

How early can I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive as early as you like at FROST CHAPEL! The doors will be open at 12 PM. However, we kindly request that any early-arrivers please refrain from coming to Ford Dining Hall prior to the Reception start time (3 PM), as we will be prepping and setting up for our BIG DAY!! This means no dropping gifts off early, please!!

Can I BYOB to the AFTER PARTY???

Answer

YES!! We highly encourage anyone to bring their favorite beverages to the After Party to share!! However, we will have two pre-mixed liquor-based drinks, and locally brewed wines (made ESPECIALLY for the Bride and Groom by their dear friends Tim and Jessi Williams!!), as well as non-alcoholic beverage options available throughout the entire event.

Will there be food at the After Party?

Answer

Yes! We will have finger foods and snacks available at the After Party. However, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to grab dinner in between the Reception at Berry College and the After Party at Legacy Park!!

What is the attire for the Wedding?

Answer

The Bride and Groom have requested Wedding Formal attire in an effort to make their Big Day an even bigger deal!! However, there is no required attire, and your presence is the greatest present!! So wear what makes you feel great!!

Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Wedding will be held entirely indoors at all locations!
