Our Happily Ever After

Ryan and Amanda met in 9th Grade at North Cobb High School when they were both cast in the musical Little Women. They instantly became friends and bonded over God, music, and horror movies, remaining good friends throughout their High School and College careers. Through dating other people and career changes, the two remained best friends, but never ventured into dating territory themselves. It's funny the way God works through our lives, and He certainly worked on these two! After being friends for 16 years, the stars aligned in a way that made them realize they were absolutely meant for each other, and they began dating in November of 2021. There's a saying, "when you know, you know," and that had never rang more true for either of them. In May of 2023 Ryan arranged the most beautiful, thoughtful, and magical Proposal in history. He coordinated with North Cobb High School's Administrator and gained access to the Theater where their friendship began, decorated it with roses and lights, and created the perfect day that led them back to their beginning. He somehow managed to trick Amanda into "exploring" North Cobb's campus, where she immediately ventured to the Theater to see if the doors were open, which they were (surprise, surprise). Once inside, the rest is history: a love story written in the stars.
