This was our first and favorite wine tour we've experienced in Temecula! It is informative and fun. They take you to the best wineries and lunch is even provided in a barrel room. A must do!! Would be fun with a group!
Old Town is Temecula's historic downtown area. It is filled with cute shops, restaurants and bars. Some of our favorites are The Goat & Vine, 1909, and Apparition Room. Also, check out Temecula Olive Oil Company for an olive oil tasting!
This is a great winery for a single tasting! We recommend trying their Almond Champagne inside a chocolate cup and their White Cabernet Sauvignon.
This is something we have yet to do in Temecula, but we have woken up in time to see them floating around the sky in the early morning hours and it is so serene. This is a popular activity in the area and often comes with winery discounts and other great deals!
Another great thing about Temecula is that it is close to so many other places to visit in California! The first time we visited, we extended our trip and drove just an hour west to Laguna Beach. You've also got LA and Disneyland about an hour drive away. We encourage you to visit San Diego on this trip! It is an easy commute and San Diego is full of things to see from gorgeous beaches, to their famous zoo and some amazing restaurants and nightlife.
