We have room blocks with discounted rates at this hotel for Friday night. This hotel will be ideal for guests who are staying one night only as the other hotel we booked (Hampton Inn & Suites) has a two night minimum. We have room blocks with discounted rates at this hotel for both Thursday and Friday nights. If you are in the wedding party this is the hotel you want to book. The hotel has a two night minimum, and in order to take advantage of the room block discount, you have to book both Thursday and Friday night, you wont be able to get the discount if you stay on Friday and Saturday for example since the block only pertains to Thursday and Friday. Shuttle

June 12, 2020 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Update - shuttle will arrive at the Hampton at 4:15 and depart by 4:30. The bus will then go to the Baymont, be out front at 4:35 and depart by 4:50 - this will get everyone to the venue by 5:15. There will be scheduled runs back to the hotels from the venue on the hour every hour starting at 8pm until 11pm. The shuttle will take those who want to go back to their hotels after the wedding first, and then will drop off people at the after party. Note - the Baymont is NOT within walking distance of the after party, you will have to get an Uber back to the hotel. We will be providing shuttle service between the 2 hotels we have room blocks held and the wedding location, so no need to worry about driving. The shuttle will make runs from the wedding back to the hotel in intervals throughout the night, so even if you want to leave before the end of the reception, we have you covered!

We do not have blocks for these cabins, but if you are interested in booking one you will be within walking distance to the ceremony and reception. The cabins require a 2 night minimum stay and we decided not to hold rooms as they only offered full beds.
