Masks are recommended for guests but not required. Do what makes you comfortable!

Will you be offering transportation?

Answer

We will be offering transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception only for guests who book at the Hampton Inn & Suites or Baymont by Wyndham in Bartonsville. Please see the "travel" section of this website for more details on the shuttle

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes for both - but bus transportation will also be provided to and from the local hotels so people do not have to worry about drinking and driving.

Do you have to go to the after party?

Answer

No - it is completely optional, but for those who want to keep the party going we will have a bus taking us to the bar

Is there a preffered hotel for the wedding party?

Answer

Yes - The Hampton Inn and Suites in Bartonsville has a two night minimum, so that is where the wedding party should book as we have rooms held there. (Refer to the "travel" section for more info)

When do I have to reserve my hotel if I am staying at one where you have designated room blocks?

Answer

If you are staying at the Baymont, you will need to book before June 10, 2021. If you are booking at the Hampton inn and Suites, you will need to book prior to May 27, 2021.

I plan on driving myself vs. using your provided transportation - can you provide directions to your ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Directions from Interstate Route 80 East or West: - Take Exit 299 Tannersville, turn left onto Route 715 South - Go 2 miles to “Bart's Bar and Grill” on left - Turn right onto Mountain Springs Drive - Go 1/4 mile to Mountain Springs Lake Resort sign on right (GPS coordinates: 41.014368, -75.343744) . Turn right through stone pillars at the East Lake Entrance (you will see The Lodge ahead - grey building with barn red trim). Follow the road and make a right at first intersection and another right at the next intersection. The Lodge will be on your right. Please park on the lower level behind the barn. Address: The address is 1315 Mountain Springs Drive, Reeders, PA 18352 (some GPS systems have trouble finding but coordinates work perfectly 41.014368, -75.343744)

Of course! Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions so we can accommodate.

May I bring more people than the number of seats reserved in my honor to the wedding?

Answer

No. Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your RSVP card as we have limited seating.

Can we bring our children to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We respectfully request that all children under 10 years of age are left home. We hope you take this opportunity to let loose a bit and have a fun parents night out!
