Please let Courynn or Nick know if you have any issues with booking. Hotel check-in is 4pm. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but may be accommodated if feasible. Please plan accordingly to ensure you arrive with enough time to check-in and make the shuttle. More information can be found on our Q+A page. Note: The room block cut-off date is Thursday, April 9, 2026. Please make sure to book through the wedding block, as the transportation provided to and from the venue will be based on our hotel guest list.
