Hotel check-in is 4pm (early check-in accommodated if feasible) and the shuttle will be leaving by 4:30pm. The shuttle departure time will be confirmed as we get closer to the date. Guests should arrive to the venue at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving to the hotel ready to go! Please plan accordingly.
The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm. Guests should arrive at 5:00pm so you can settle before the proceedings. Valet parking is available for those driving.
We love your little ones, we really do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.
We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited can be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! Dress to impress in your best black-tie optional attire. Suits, sports coats and dress pants, and formal jumpsuits and cocktail dresses (midi and full length) are appropriate. Jeans or denim of any kind are not permitted, and kindly avoid shades of white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, weather permitting.
