When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at promptly at 4:00, please arrive by 3:30 to get parked and seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses, plan for a garden party. The grass can be soft so stilettos are not recommended. Cowboy boots welcome. It can get chilly at night so bring a jacket.

What COVID precautions are we taking?

Answer

The event will be held outdoors, there is even an outdoor dance floor! Guests will be temperature checked at the entrance of the event and anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will be asked to isolate and return to their lodging. Masks will be available for all guests and there will be ample hand sanitizer everywhere. During the ceremony seats will be arranged in distanced groups and households will be asked to sit together. There will be a seating chart for dinner arranged by household, COVID comfort level, and vaccine status groups. Appetizers and desserts will be packaged individually so that guests can take their dessert safely when desired. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or suggestions.

Answer

No, transportation will need to be self provided. We encourage carpooling.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the event center where the ceremony and reception will both be held.

Answer

Invitations will be addressed to include all those invited. We have tried to account for all plus ones who we know. If we missed someone, or you feel you plus one should be there please contact us directly at wbwcrc@gmail.com.

Yes, please RSVP with any dietary concerns you may have.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please see the schedule link on this website. On Sunday 8/15/2021 from 2:00-5:00 PM there will be an open house with drinks at Hesperado Ranch, the Mother of the Bride's home.
