Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the Rolling Ridge Wedding and Event Center. Vehicles can be left over night, but need to be PICKED UP the following MORNING BY 9 AM. There are 20 paved parking spaces available for guests with mobility issues. There are 150 additional grass/dirt parking spaces. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLES ON LAWN, PAVING STONE WALKWAYS OR ONTO CONCRETE COURTYARD BETWEEN BARN AND LOUNGE!!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a school bus will be provided to shuttle guests between the hotels and Rolling Ridge. A bus schedule will be posted on the Hotel/Transportation tab on our website. Times will also be posted at the venue day of.

Question

Will the shuttle drop off at both hotels?

Answer

Yes, the hotels are connected and share a parking lot. The shuttle will drop off guests at a central location between each hotel near Maverick's Bar and Grill.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 3:30, please arrive anywhere from 3 to 3:15.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please list all food allergies when RSVPing online.

Question

Is there a lost and found if I forget something at the venue the day of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is a large wooden chest on the porch of the Administrative Building at Rolling Ridge. Items found the night of the wedding will be placed in the wooden chest and will be available for pick up the next day (Sunday, June 5th)!
