Sunday, Oct 15th is when most people will be flying out of Maui.

What's the dress attire for the wedding?

Answer

The overall theme is modern tropical. Please join us in dressing in the gender specific outlines listed below: Women: Long flowy dresses with bright colors. Please refer to color scheme shown in the following link :) https://pin.it/5imDMl2 Men: Khaki/tan pants with white button up shirts. Let's keep it simple + clean fellas. *Please refrain from wearing black or dark colors!*

What do we do for hotel/rooms?

Answer

We suggest getting a hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo in Kaanapali or Lahaina area. Under the "Travel" section, there is a compiled list of Airbnb and Vrbo properties if you wish to go this route. If you want to stay at a hotel in one of these areas, we recommend searching through Expedia.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 30th, 2023 to confirm that you will be in attendance so we can make the necessary arrangements for the boat reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, We will have a 24 passenger van picking up guests at Westin Kaanapali Villas North in Kaanapali at 1pm on Oct 14th to take everyone to the ceremony and reception, if you would like transportation.

Will there be any events happening in Tulsa or Idaho?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a reception in Tulsa in November. If you are unable to attend the wedding ceremony in Maui, we'd love for you to join us for our reception. Details to come.
