Maid of Honor
As Courtney’s little sister, I cherish our close-knit relationship, which has grown as we’ve matured over the years. Despite her overprotective ways, my sister is the funniest, most thoughtful and admirable person I have ever encountered. She is so overprotective, that she is like a kind-hearted older brother that I never had. She made sure we had a lot of memories – good and bad – during our childhood. One being the time I was in middle school, I was tricked into going on a “quick” bike ride that turned into a 45-minute bike-a-thon. All this, so that I could meet her boyfriend at the time, Raul. Although I was not pleased to be a third wheel, I knew this one had to be special or my sister was simply delusional. Seeing Courtney and Raul grow closer together through God over the years, I can confidently say they are meant for each other.
Maid of Honor
I'm someone who thrives on banter and laughter, always ready with a joke to lighten the mood. Meeting Courtney back in middle school was like finding a kindred spirit, where our playful banter and friendly fights set the tone for a lifelong friendship. It was in high school that our bond truly flourished, evolving from best friends to sisters. Courtney is my rock, and a safe harbor where I can be my true self and share both laughter and tears. Her unwavering loyalty and genuine heart make her not just a friend, but family. As her maid of honor, I can't wait to share in the heartfelt moments and laughter on August 16, 2024. Get ready for a celebration filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories!
Best Man
Raul and I have been best friends since eighth grade, which is crazy to say the least. He has been there for me through thick and thin, and has been a great friend that I could talk to about anything and everything. In our friend trio, Raul, Alex and me, would always joke around about who would get married first. It’s funny how we knew it would be Raul because once he introduced us to Courtney, I already knew she was the one for him. I remember telling him, before he put a ring on it, how I better get my invite to his wedding. I am honored and blessed to see my best friend find his true love, and I look forward to seeing their love grow even more. I wish them a happy and healthy forever marriage.
Groomsman
Raul and I have known each other since 2011 – the start of freshman year of high school. We’ve always had a great bond, and I grew fond of Courtney once she came into Raul’s life. Raul and I never share a quiet moment. We always talk about cars and our future plans, and best of all, just catch up with each other. There are so many memories that we have together. One being going to a car show and seeing all different types of cars and watching them race on the drag strip. Overall, I’m excited for these two moving onto a new chapter in life. I am beyond happy to see Raul and Courtney happy.
