Answer

No later than June 15, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony music starts at 3:00pm. Other vendors and coordinators will still be setting up until that time.

Question

Answer

Additional guests beyond those listed on your RSVP are not permitted, except for those already included. If you would like to request an extra guest, please discuss this with the bride and groom before RSVP deadlines.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to join us for both the ceremony and the reception! We kindly ask that parents ensure little ones remain respectful during the ceremony and other special moments throughout the day. For safety reasons, please note that children are not permitted on the balcony at any time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re keeping things relaxed but still polished for the photos! No need for suits or formalwear. Think dress clothes, khakis with a dress shirt, or nice jeans paired with a button-up. Come comfortable, neat, and ready to celebrate with us!

Question

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

To keep this moment truly special, we kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony. Please also stay clear of the aisle and the photographer’s space so they can beautifully capture every memory for us to cherish.

Question

Is there a beverage service at the reception?

Answer

A cash bar will be available during both the cocktail hour and the reception. Kindly note that shots and outside alcohol are not permitted. Complimentary sodas, tea, and water will also be provided for all guests.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are 60 parking spots available directly at the venue, including handicap-accessible spaces. A parking attendant will be on-site to help direct vehicles. Additional parking is available just a few blocks away at Conger Elementary School.
