Pre-Ceremony: -Bus will depart MGM at 4:30p, please arrive by 4:20p -Bus will then drive to Hilton Garden (5 minute drive) -Bus will depart Hilton Garden at 4:45p, please arrive by 4:35p If you miss the transportation, Ubers should be available. The venue is 30 minutes from Springfield. Post Ceremony: The bus will depart the venue at the following times. The bus will make stops at MGM and Hilton Garden. Departures: -9:30p -10:30p -11:30p -12:30a Note: You do not need to be staying at the hotels to take part in the transportation. Just ensure that you are at the hotels for pick up at the time of departure. Getting an Uber from the venue back to Springfield may be difficult as the venue is more remote.
