We've hit our max allotment and they won't open up more, but you can still book a room! Otherwise, there is an alternative hotel, Holiday Inn Lancaster that's only 7 minute walk from this one. LAST DAY TO BOOK: Friday, May 29, 2026 Please keep in mind this is a summer weekend in Lancaster and a popular hotel in the area. We recommend booking as soon as you are able because we cannot guarantee there will be rooms left at the hotel, as we get closer to the wedding date. For your travel plans - the ceremony starts at 4pm and the hotel is not offering early check-in at this time. If this is a concern, please consider coming in the night before or having hair/makeup done then changing in the hotel lobby bathroom (Trust me I know, we get it! We've been there before! We wish we could change the hotel's policy). We will be having a shuttle to transport guests to and from the venue, see below! If you have any issues booking, please reach out to Michael!

We do not have a room block at this hotel, but this one is only a 7 minute walk from the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square where the busses will be picking up guests to bring them to the venue and back again later.

Busses will pick guests up at Lancaster Marriott. They will be leaving for the venue at 2:45pm. Please be sure to be on the bus before then as they will not wait, so they can ensure they arrive in time for the ceremony.

Train

Amtrack from Philly to Lancaster

Amtrak offers several train services from Philadelphia (30th Street Station) to Lancaster, PA (Lancaster Station). The trip takes approximately 1 hr 15 min. From here you'd need to Uber/Lyft or rent a car to drive 8 mins to downtown Lancaster where the hotels are.
