Buda is a small town just south of Austin. For those of you who will be driving in for the festivities, please plan accordingly. Our wedding will take place before 5pm on a Friday, and traffic will be extremely heavy. We highly recommend that you consider staying the evening before at a local hotel in order to avoid this!
Weather permitting, we will have our ceremony outside. Our venue is very airy and open to the elements, so it is likely that once the reception begins, mingling and dancing will take place both indoors and out.
We were absolutely thrilled at the thought of including all of our friends and family in our wedding day, but we also loved the idea of an intimate celebration. In order to accomplish this, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a guest if it was not originally addressed on your invitation.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking for all phones and devices be turned off and put away while we walk down the aisle. This is especially helpful for our photographer! We've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well meaning person's phone or device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to go crazy with photos! We want as many selfies as possible!
In lieu of traditional wedding gifts, we have set up a Honeymoon Fund! We have a cash donation registry that you can access by clicking "Registry" at the top of this page. We will also have a donation box set up at our reception. All funds we receive will be used toward our all-inclusive honeymoon to Turks & Caicos!
On-site parking will be available inside the gates of our venue at no charge. This parking is first come first serve, as only 80 spots are available. Guests may not park outside the fence or on the road.
SAFETY FIRST! We love to party, but we value your safety over anything else! Please be sure to make the proper arrangements if you plan on drinking a few so that you're not driving under the influence. With that being said, we think it's important for everyone to be aware that a $100 per vehicle fee will be incurred by Ranch 505 if any vehicles are left after 11:00pm. Vehicles will be towed if left more than 12 hours. Make sure you have a plan.
Yes! We don't have a ton of details on these just yet, but there will be a "Stock the Bar" party for our family and friends, & a bridal shower held for Courtney. Details on both of these events are still TBD, but keep checking our website for updates!
