What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 4:30 as doors will be open from 4:30-4:55. At 4:55 the doors will close for the ceremony and will not open again until the ceremony is concluded.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our big day is formal attire. We kindly ask that women wear blush pink floor length dresses and the gentleman wear black suit with blush pink accessories to fit our Valentine’s Day theme. Jeans will not be permitted. Please see the mood board in the our story tab for attire inspiration!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your children we would like for this to be a parents night out! No children will be permitted into the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We kindly ask guest to refrain from using their cellular devices during our ceremony!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we would love to invite everyone to our wedding we do have a very specific guest count. Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. Also when you go to RSVP guest with plus ones will have their plus one information attached. If your invitation does not indicate your plus one guest name please do not bring an additional guest as they will not be permitted entry.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Reception will promptly follow indoors. In case of cold weather outdoor heaters will be present.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although our wedding is in February we have planned our wedding to be at the hottest part of the day which usually in the mid 70s during that month.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

The doors will open at 4:30 till 4:55. The ceremony will take place promptly at 5pm until 5:30. Cocktail hour will be from 5:30-6:30. Reception will start at 6:30 till 11 pm.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guest will be responsible for their transportation to the venue. We strongly recommend booking a hotel to avoid drinking and driving. We also strongly recommend uber!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

There is ample complementary space for parking at our venue.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be having an open bar with a Cajun inspired menu.

Our preferred gift at our Valentine’s Day wedding is a contribution towards our honeymoon! Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
