When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you submit your RSVP by October 1st in order for us to complete our final details in a timely manner!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM so we ask that everyone plan to arrive around 3:30-3:45 PM to give yourself enough time to park and walk to the ceremony location.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your guest name or simply "and guest" is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to our venue's strict rules regarding children on the property we are having an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer. Please reach out if you have any questions on this topic!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Girls, this can mean cocktail, midi-length, or tea-length dresses. Guys, this can mean suits or slacks and a jacket (no tie required, but no jeans please). Our wedding is in the late fall so the weather can be unpredictable, so please dress accordingly and bring extra layers if desired!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will also be outdoors, but will be covered. The reception will take place indoors.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! There will also be a cash bar option for spirits. Due to our venue's policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages that are not supplied by our bartending service onto the premises.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - this will be a question when you RSVP so make sure to include any dietary restrictions or allergies! If you don't fill this out when RSVPing please reach out to the bride or groom with any special requests!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

While we do not expect gifts, we did register at Amazon, Target, and Crate and Barrel.
