Courtney loved visiting this Aquarium growing up with her grandparents. The perfect place to take the kids. A 10-15 minute walk from downtown.

Aquarium Wharf

This is one of the things Charleston is famous for! A perfect place to do some souvenir shopping. Above the entrance on Meeting Street, there is also a museum which features a large amount of historical artifacts!

Charleston Market

One of our favorite restaurants. Authentic, classic, southern food. We ate here right after getting engaged! Close to many hotels downtown!

Virginia's On King

Another favorite place to eat. A bit of a walk from downtown but great for a more casual, sports bar vibe.

Blind Tiger Pub

Casual place great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Known for their Italian foods including wood fire pizza! If you are staying at the Meeting Street Inn, this restaurant is just next door!

Frannie & The Fox

Great fresh and local food that rotates based on what is in season. Only a few blocks from all hotels. Serves Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner.

Basic Kitchen

A dressy casual restaurant known for their authentic low country food. Closer to the water it is a slightly longer walk from downtown but worth it. However, they do not take reservations.

Slightly North of Broad Restaurant

A cute casual restaurant more uptown. Known for their variety of burgers and cocktails!
