Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This is an unplugged ceremony! We have paid to have 2 photographers to capture every moment possible during our ceremony! So please put that phone away and be present in the moment! We want our photographers to be able to capture everyone in the moment without a phone blocking the view!

Question

What is the ceremony site like?

Answer

It's outdoors with grassy terrain, bench seating, and the beautiful mountain views of Rocky Mountain National Park! Again for the gals, I suggest flats or a short chunky heel. There is a portable bathroom at the ceremony site; public restrooms are available at the Administration building near the entrance of the property. We will provide a map for directions to the site.

Question

What is parking like around The Barrel?

Answer

We can provide a map if needed! There is an Estes Park Parking app that you can download for up-to-date information. There is a free all day parking lot on the South side of The Barrel: Davis Parking Lot. For additional parking, the West Parking Lot, which is just North of The Barrel and is free with no time limit. There is free parking along Moraine Avenue and there is no time limit. There is a large free parking garage on the East side of Downtown; a 10 – 15 minute walk.
