Kayla is Courtney's younger sister and lifetime best friend. Kayla has been a part of Courtney and Danny's relationship since day 1, when Courtney texted Kayla "I just met my husband" moments after Courtney and Danny met 6 years ago. Kayla is a Nurse at Upstate Medical in Syracuse, NY, where she lives with her girlfriend, Hannah, and 2 cats. Kayla and Danny love to shotgun beers together and revel in their silly jokes. We are so honored to have Kayla serve as our officiant on our special day.
Kevin Lundquist
Best Man
Kevin and Danny met when they were in third grade. They're friendship and brotherhood runs deep and if Danny wasn't marrying Courtney, she's almost sure he'd marry Kevin. Together, they are kings of mischief and fun. Kevin has always been a big supporter of our relationship and we could not imagine this day without his fun presence, great style, and his lovely girlfriend Taylor.
Emily Field
Maid of Honor
Emily is Danny's older sister. She and Courtney immediately hit if off as friends when they met and now Courtney is so excited to call her an official sister. Emily and Danny are incredibly close and we miss her dearly as she lives in San Diego. Emily is a beautiful human inside and out and we are so grateful to have her join us on our special day.
Richard Butler
Father of the Bride
Rich is the proud father of Courtney and so excited for his baby girl's big day. Having lost her mom in 2014, Courtney is eternally grateful for the relationship she and her dad have and cannot imagine going through this day without him. Rich lives in the Catskills in NY where Courtney grew up and is always working on a project in the garage. Rich instilled in Courtney many values she carries with her today - hard work, adventure, and a love of the outdoors.
Craig Field
Father of the Groom
Craig is Danny's dad (in case you couldn't tell by their similar looks). Craig has been a father-figure to Courtney since he graciously welcomed her into his home and heart. Craig is retired and enjoys spending his time playing golf and being the best Papa to Porky. We are grateful to Craig for his neverending support of our lives and relationship and for giving us a place to call home on Cape Cod.
Laura Field
Mother of the Groom
Laura is Danny's mom and lives in Vero Beach, FL. Courtney and Danny love their visits with Laura, who joins them on the Cape each summer. Laura is full of life and she and Courtney are great dancing partners - watch out for them on the dance floor! Courtney is grateful to be able to call Laura her mother-in-law.
Susan Roesch Butler
Honor Attendant
Susan is Courtney's late mother. It is truly unimaginable that she will not be here physically to celebrate with us, but she is all around us on our special day and always. Courtney knows that Susan would not have been able to dream up a better man for her daughter to be with. Courtney is sure that her mom sent Danny to her that day 6 years ago to protect, care for, and support her in life.
Porky
Best Dog
Porky is Courtney and Danny's 5-year-old Frenchie-mix. Porky loves to ride around in the truck with Danny while he landscapes and loves to snuggle with his mama on the couch. He has brought tremendous joy and laughter into our lives, and we can't wait to see him all gussied up for our big day.
