Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The entire event will take place at The Boulders at Black Canyon Inn. Ceremony will be upstairs and then the cocktail hour/reception will take place downstairs.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The venue is primarily indoor, so everyone will be completely covered for the ceremony and reception, but there are lots of windows and doors that we will have open if the weather is nice. Cocktail hour will be a combo of indoor/outdoor (weather depending).

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Wine & beer are on us! We will also provide drink tickets for 1 speciality cocktail (old fashioned or margarita) per person on us. Any additional or other cocktails can be ordered and paid for through the cash bar option.

Semi-formal or cocktail attire

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so we’d recommend arriving by 3:45pm-4:00pm

Where should I park at the venue?

Answer

There are a limited number of spots at the venue, and signs will direct you where to park. Because it is limited, we would recommend carpooling in as few cars as possible.
