Fitness on the Rocks

Join the bride & groom for Fitness on the Rocks! Bridesman, Joe McNabb will lead a HIIT workout on the amphitheater steps, followed by a relaxing yoga flow, led by Banner Goolsby. Follow the address provided for parking in the Upper North Lot. When you arrive, following the sidewalk to the amphitheater. You'll see our table set up with pastries, protein bars, water & cold brew. We will have extra yoga mats available to use.
