Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation reads "and Guest", you are absolutely allowed to bring a guest! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation reads "The_____ Family", everyone in your household is invited.

Will children be allowed to attend the wedding?

Yes! We welcome your kiddos!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire: This includes sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats if you wish! All we ask is that you don't wear jeans. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket as it may be cooler at night.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We suggest arriving by 3:45 pm. Airport Road (the road that leads to the venue) can get pretty busy so prepare for some traffic when heading in.

Will the event be outdoors or indoors?

The wedding and reception will be outdoors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you are staying within a 5 mile radius of Sky Ranch Lodge, there is a shuttle available from 2PM-10PM.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes there will be an open bar. We ask that, should you choose to drink, please have a designated driver.

Are there hotel blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes. We have a block of rooms available at the Hampton Inn hotel in Sedona.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that you would let us know whether or not you're coming by April 14th.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available at the reception?

Yes! Please inform us when you RSVP if you have any special dietary restrictions.
