Yes, there is street parking in St. Paul or this lot is an easy walk (433 Kellogg Blvd, St Paul, MN 55101). Keep in mind, holiday events in St. Paul are generally quite busy and street parking will be limited, with likely event pricing at most ramps.

Is there public transportation to the venue?

Yes! Feel free to use any ride share app or the light rail. If taking the light rail, take the green line to Union Depot Station and then walk 3 blocks to the venue.
