What is the dress code?

Answer

Answer

Ceremony and Receptions will take place at Bogey's: 501 Pitman Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 The venue is Handicap accessible

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, both hotels share a parking lot. They are the Marriott Deptford (1251 Hurffville Rd Deptford Township (856) 232-1500) or Hampton Inn Deptford (1253 Hurffbille Rd. Deptford Township (856) 227-2500). Let them know you are booking for the Williamson Pappas wedding. Is any part of the wedding out doors?

Answer

Weather permitting it will be an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will be focused indoors but there is will be constant access t the outdoor area.

Can I bring my kids?

Although we love your little ones this is an adult only reception. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I get plus one?

Answer

Each invitation will be labeled with invited guest and will have the specific number of seats saved for you for the wedding.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by following the link on the invitation or sending in your paper copy to the address printed on it.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

That will be included on the invitation. We will try our best to meet all accommodations.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

While we know everyone wants their photos and Courtney and Nigel will be so pretty its hard to not take pictures this will be an unplugged ceremony. We have spent money on a photographer and do not wish to see cell phones out during our moment. There will be 30 seconds when the officiant will announce the opportunity for everyone to get their photos so please hold off until then.

Yes there are approx 250 parking spaces available. Plenty for the guest count

Arrive and Guests Seated by 4:15pm Ceremony 4:30-5:00pm Cocktail Hour 5:00pm-6pm Reception 6-10pm After party TBD

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Ceremony Starts at 4:30pm we would like everyone in their seats by 4:15. If late for any reason we ask they you stay in the back to not interrupt the ceremony and we will see you at cocktail hour.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! Besides the ceremony we highly encourage pictures! Just remember to tag us and use our hashtag so we can see them ourselves.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included
