SeaTac airport is located conveniently 15 minutes south of downtown Seattle and 30 minutes south of Woodinville. We recommend using Uber/Lyft to get to your lodging accommodation from SEA.

3300 100th St. SW Everett, WA 98204 Paine Field Airport (PAE) in Everett is another airport available for regional flights to and from the Seattle area. Located 30 minutes north of downtown Seattle and 20 minutes north of Woodinville, this airport also has easy access to Seattle city center and our wedding venue. We recommend using Uber/Lyft to get to your lodging accommodation from PAE.

Lodging Recommendations

For guests looking to stay close to the venue and weekend festivities, Connor and Caitlin recommend staying in Woodinville, which is known as Seattle area wine country. Woodinville is a lovely town boasting over 130 wineries from across the state, vibrant breweries, and scenic biking along the Sammamish River Trail.

AirBnb is a good lodging option for groups or guests looking for a little extra space. For those looking to stay near our wedding venue and festivities, Caitlin and Connor recommend looking in Woodinville or its surrounding areas. For those looking to stay closer to the city, Caitlin and Connor recommend looking in Kirkland, downtown Bellevue, or some of the lovely neighborhoods of Seattle.

Willows Lodge

Willows Lodge is a luxury hotel located on a beautiful five acre property along the Sammamish River. Situated in the heart of Woodinville, this hotel is conveniently less than 15 minutes from our wedding venue! Due to high popularity in the summer season, guests interested in staying at Willows Lodge for our wedding weekend are encouraged to book their individual rooms as soon as possible. Willows Lodge has a flexible cancellation policy if needed, in which guests can cancel their rooms free-of-charge up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival. Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue for guests! Shuttles will depart Willows Lodge at 3:45pm to the wedding ceremony and will return after reception festivities conclude.

Hampton Inn & Suites - Seattle Woodinville WA

Woodinville's Hampton Inn & Suites is a great budget-friendly option for guests looking to stay close to our wedding venue (only 8 minutes away!). Caitlin and Connor have arranged a hotel block with discounted rates for guests. Click "view" to check out different room rates. Please reserve your room by July 20th at 5pm PST. Hampton Inn & Suites has a flexible cancellation policy if needed, in which guests can cancel their rooms free-of-charge up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival. Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue for guests! Shuttles will depart the Hampton Inn and Suites in Woodinville at 3:45pm to the wedding ceremony and will return after reception festivities conclude.

Alternative Lodging Options

We understand that some of our wedding guests may be more drawn to the hustle and bustle of the city! If you'd prefer to stay closer to the heart of Seattle, downtown Kirkland, downtown Bellevue, or downtown Seattle are great options for hotels. Kirkland is only 17 minutes away from our wedding venue, Bellevue is located about 25 minutes from the venue, and Seattle city center is 30 minutes away.
