Eaglewood Resort & Spa

A block of rooms has been set aside for our guests. The room rate is $149 a night. The last day to book under our code is March 24, 2023. For those staying at Eaglewood, transportation will be arranged to and from the ceremony and reception.

Flight

O'Hare International Airport

If flying, we recommend flying into O'Hare as it's a 20 to 30-minute drive to Eaglewood and an easy Uber/Lyft ride away. The other nearby airport is Midway, which is a 45 to 60-minute drive to the hotel.

Hotel to the Ceremony

April 29, 2023 10:30 am - 11:45 am

Buses will depart Eaglewood promptly at 10:45am for the ceremony. Depending on traffic, the drive to the church will take 40 minutes to an hour.

Buses will leave for Eaglewood after the ceremony at 2:15pm. For those wanting to stick around Bucktown, where the church is located, check out the Restaurants & Bars page.

If you are not staying at Eaglewood

If you're not staying at Eaglewood but would like to utilize the transportation arrangements, you can park at or Uber/Lyft to Eaglewood and hop on a bus or shuttle to take you to the next location.

The Hotel at Midtown

For those wanting to stay in the city, the Hotel at Midtown is located in Bucktown and is a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the church. While we are not able to reserve a block of rooms, our guests can receive a 10% discount.

Train

Metra

If you are staying in the city, the MD-W Metra line takes you from the city out to Medinah. The Medinah Metra Station is a 5-minute drive to the reception at Medinah Country Club. Depending on where in the city you are staying, you can get on this train at either Chicago Union Station or the Western Metra Station.
