The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to find your seat.

We recommend parking at lot D at the intersection of Hamilton and Main. In the event that Lot D is full, there is plenty of free, on-street parking around historic Ellicott City.
