Pan Roasted Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast Piedmontese - Boneless chicken breast filled with fresh tender spinach and wrapped in prosciutto. Served with a creamy parmesan red vermouth jus. *Both entrees will be served with a creamy caesar salad, roasted broccoli with spinach and garlic and a sun-dried potato mash.
