Anyone who has been involved in our love story probably can tell you that it’s anything but ordinary. Anyone that knows me (Morgan) knows how ME our entire proposal was. Right down to the colors!!! We got engaged the first night we were in Paris, and I was taken completely off guard (I didn’t even have time to wash off my tanner). I was told we were going to a very nice dinner and then we ended up walking (in heels haha) like a mile to get there. Once we got there, John gave them his name and they took us upstairs to the restaurant, which was the wrong place, so then he started to freak out. Being myself, I immediately tried to go talk to the front desk/hostess and resolve the issue, and then he freaked out more because he didn’t want me to ruin the surprise. At this point, I was so confused as to what was going on, but I didn’t have the slightest idea that we would be taken to a private terrace that was decorated from head to toe in the most beautiful flowers, rose petals, candles, and a dove…. seriously, no detail was missed! We actually had to re-do all of the pictures because my jaw was dropped open the entire time. But like, how could it not be??? The Eiffel Tower, the private terrace, the flowers, the rose petals, the dove, the ring. I could not believe that John put all of this together himself (in a foreign country)!!!! We couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you! XXX - M & J
