You must be staying at our resort to attend our wedding. The resort has a minimum 3 night stay. We kindly ask that you arrive at least one day before the wedding. Although our block doesn’t allow arriving earlier than the 9th, you can extend your trip past the 14th if you’d like! Our swim up casitas and beachfront casitas have sold out, but we still have many casita suites in our room block. All of our rooms are grouped together in the same area. Only $100 (or the cost of travel insurance if purchased) is due at the time of booking your reservation. This reserves your room and goes towards your balance! The remaining balance of your reservation is due by July 25, 2026. July 25th would be the absolute last day to book and would have to be paid in full. If not paid by this date, you forfeit your room & no refunds are given :( Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can ensure we have enough rooms available if more need to be added. *You can make changes to your original reservation any time before 7/25/26 when final payments are due. Reminder! Each person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel, or the airline can deny you boarding. If your passport expires before July 2027, get it renewed.. it's not worth the risk! Please note that flights are booked on your own through your preferred airline. Only rooms and airport shuttles are booked through our travel website above.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

When you book your room reservation through our booking website, there will be transportation options available. These are not required, but highly recommended!! Our travel agent will reach out to you for your flight information closer to the wedding date in order to set up your airport transfer to the resort and back. Please note that if you choose to not use the provided transportation, you will need to get your own transportation to/from the airport.
