We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us, therefore our dress code is cocktail/beach formal attire. The wedding will not be held directly on the sand/beach. Please no denim, shorts, or flip flops. See "Dress Code" tab for photo inspiration.
We love your little ones!! However, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend an adults only event. El Dorado Casitas Royale is an 18+ adults only resort.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invite, as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

By May 1st, 2026! It is $100 to reserve, which will be applied to your stay. Rooms must be paid in full by July 25, 2026 or you will forfeit your room.
We have rooms held for our guests from December 9th-14th, 2026. The resort has a minimum 3 night stay, but you may stay as long as you'd like! We kindly ask that you arrive no later than December 11th (the day before the wedding). Yes! You can make changes to your original reservation any time before 7/25/26 when final payments are due. The only exception being travel insurance, which is nonrefundable. If you want to add insurance, you must do so within one week of booking your reservation. Email info@vibethrivetravel.com with any changes
YES! It is so important to make sure your passport is valid and ready to go! If your passport expires before July 2027, you may not be allowed to board your flight. Please, please don't take the risk and renew if needed.
When booking your reservation, there will be transportation options for you. We highly recommend them for ease of traveling to/from the airport.
The plan is to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception outdoors. It will not be held directly on the beach/sand.
