When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than July 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8th. Please plan to arrive by 4:45 p.m.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are planning an adults-only wedding celebration, with the exception of close family. If you need assistance arranging childcare, we’re happy to connect you with a trusted local babysitting service.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Dinner: Cocktail attire — cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or jackets and slacks. Wedding: Black-tie optional. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos or dark suits with a tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear evening gowns, floor-length dresses, or formal cocktail attire. Please note: Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. We recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats, as thin heels may be tricky with the terrain! Farewell Celebration: Casual attire — comfortable and villa-ready for a relaxing afternoon in Tuscany.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Please include any dietary restrictions on your RSVP form. The wedding dinner will feature a traditional Italian multi-course meal, including fresh pasta and filet mignon. If you will require a vegetarian or gluten-free option, please let us know—we’ll be happy to accommodate!

Is there transportation provided to all events?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation to all wedding events from both Impruneta and downtown Florence. We’ll be adding specific pickup and drop-off times soon.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying either in downtown Florence, near the location of our Welcome Dinner at the Westin, or in Impruneta to be closer to our wedding venue, Villa Corsini. You’ll find a list of hotel suggestions under the Travel & Accommodations tab.
