When should I RSVP by? Please RSVP by September 3rd, 2026, so we can finalize seating and meal plans. We may not be able to accommodate late RSVPs, so we truly appreciate your timely response!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony? The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. We recommended arriving 15 to 20 minutes early to allow for parking and seating.
Is there parking for the ceremony & reception? Yes, there is a parking lot available for all guests just outside the venue. When you arrive at the gate entrance, the attendant will direct you where to go.
Is there a dress code? Our dress code is cocktail attire. Mid thigh to mid calf length evening dresses or skirts for women and suits for men (ties are optional). For those who love coordinating, our colors are dark and moody. Think deep reds, greens, and other rich tones. Bridesmaids are wearing shades of dark brown. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or overly casual attire
Are kids welcome? While we love your little ones, we can accommodate only the children listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Can I bring a date? While we wish we could invite everyone, we can only include the guests listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be indicated when you RSVP.
Is transportation provided from the hotels to the ceremony? We will not be providing shuttle service to or from the hotels. For those planning to enjoy a drink, we encourage using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to get back to your hotel safely.
I have a food allergy, will accommodations be available? Yes, you can indicate any allergies and dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
