What is the dress code for Friday night?

Answer

This event is dressy casual. For men, nice pants (no jeans or shorts), a collared shirt (polo is fine), and dressy shoes or nice sneakers. For women, a sundress or a nice outfit with dressy shoes or nice sandals. As a portion of the evening will be held outdoors, you may want to bring a light jacket, sweater, or shawl.

Our wedding will be a formal affair. We encourage suits for gentlemen and formal dresses or elegant cocktail attire for ladies. As our wedding is an outdoor event, we kindly suggest choosing your footwear accordingly.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged for transportation to take our guests from the Holiday Inn Express Oneonta, the Courtyard Oneonta Cooperstown Area, and the Hampton Inn Oneonta to Gilbertsville Farmhouse on both Friday and Saturday. Additionally, return transportation to the Oneonta hotels will be available after the festivities conclude each night. Please refer to the 'Schedule' for additional details of transportation times.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at Gilbertsville Farmhouse throughout the weekend for guests who prefer to drive their own cars. They also permit cars to remain parked overnight, so you can enjoy the evening without any worries about transportation.

Answer

If our invitation is addressed to your family, your little ones are welcome at all events throughout our wedding weekend. Whether you choose to bring them or prefer to enjoy the weekend child-free, we fully support the decision that best suits your family.
