A very casual outdoors day!
All are welcome to take advantage of everything the 125-acre property has to offer. You can canoe in the small lake, relax on the private beach or in-water gazebo, partake in volleyball and other lawn games, or explore the walking trails. Goat Yoga will occur onsite from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm!
Welcome Dinner
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dressy Casual
There will be a buffet-style dinner, drinks, desserts, and a bonfire! For guests staying at the Oneonta hotels, transportation to Gilberstville Farmhouse will be at 5:15 pm from all three hotels listed on our Travel page. Transportation back to the Oneonta hotels will depart Gilbertsville Farmhouse at the end of the evening.

We invite you to mingle in the Milking Parlor prior to our ceremony. Non-alcoholic refreshments and a signature wine spritzer will be available. For guests staying at the Oneonta hotels, transportation to Gilberstville Farmhouse will be at 2:45 pm from all three hotels listed on our Travel page.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Formal Attire
Our ceremony will be at the Hilltop Cathedral, beginning promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. Guests will be directed to their seats from the welcome hour. We respectfully request no videos or photography during the ceremony to allow our photographer to capture the moment.
Cocktail Hour and Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Attire
Cocktail hour will be from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, immediately followed by the reception. Transportation back to the Oneonta area hotels will be on a rolling schedule beginning at 10 pm.
After Party

Keep the celebration going with us in the Lounge for our after party! The last transportation back to the Oneonta area hotels will leave at 1 am. All offsite guests must depart at this time.
