Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at St. Margaret of York Church and the reception with take place at The View at Mount Adams!

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

No, there is plenty of parking at the church and complimentary valet parking at The View. Cars may be left at The View until 11:00am the next morning if needed.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire. This includes dresses, jumpsuits, suits and sport coats. Please avoid wearing white. The bridesmaids will be wearing dark green.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?

The only children invited are those specifically mentioned on invitations. Please ask if you are unsure!

We ask our guests not to bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony at the church. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture all the special moments that we will share with everyone. We would love for you to be fully present with us throughout the ceremony. At the reception venue, feel free to take pictures and celebrate with us!

WHAT SHOULD I DO BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Guests will have some free-time between the ceremony and reception while the bride, groom, and bridal shower take photos. Guests can check out a local brewery, grab an appetizer at a nearby restaurant, or head back to their hotel to freshen up or take a power nap. Doors to the venue open at 4:30 with cocktail hour officially starting at 5:00.
