Things To Do

“Go Slow”

Caye Caulker’s motto is Go Slow—and they mean it. No cars, no rush, no stress. It’s all about relaxing, moving at your own pace, and soaking up the island vibes. Take your time, kick off your shoes, and enjoy the moment. You’re on island time now.

Beachside Relaxation

Plenty of beach bars and hammocks to help you do absolutely nothing (highly encouraged).

Bike or Golf Cart Rentals

The best way to explore the sandy streets—no cars here! Rentals are easy and affordable.

Caye Caulker Marine Reserve

Great snorkeling right off the island.

Hol Chan Marine Reserve & Shark Ray Alley

San Pedro, Belize

Swim alongside nurse sharks, rays, sea turtles, and coral reefs. Many local tour companies offer half-day or full-day trips with gear included.

Ambergris Caye

Corozal District, Belize

Day Trip to San Pedro (Ambergris Caye) A quick water taxi ride away for more restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Mainland Belize

If you’re staying longer, don’t miss inland Belize! It’s full of lush jungle, ancient ruins, and wild adventures. You can climb Xunantunich, float through rivers on a cave tubing tour, explore the mysterious ATM cave, visit a howler monkey sanctuary, or use San Ignacio as a base to explore it all. It’s a completely different vibe from the islands—and absolutely worth the trip.
