Cayce has been Cory’s best friend since pre school. They have been together through so many life moments, Cory could not have imagined this day without her!

Devin Adair

Groomsman

Devin and Ryan have known each other since they were children. From pee wee sports, to video games on the weekends, through middle school, high school, and college. Devin is Ryan’s oldest friend in the wedding party.

Megan Merritt

Matron of Honor

Cory and Megan met working at a Charter School in 2017. Although they taught in different grades they wanted to get to know each other better. After a friendly brunch that lasted 5 hours (thanks to bottomless mimosas) they have been besties ever since.

Eric D’Amico

Eric (EZ) and Ryan have known each other since high school, building a stronger bond through college, and even more so after college, as they helped each other grow into the men they have become.

Jess Taugher

Jess has been a part of the Taugher family since she married Cory’s oldest brother, Chris in 2009. Cory and Jess got to know each other a few years earlier when Jess started joining the Taugher family on cruises. Cory loved having another girl around during family functions and was so happy to gain her as a sister!

Dustin Peele

Dustin and Ryan met at East Carolina University, where they were roommates for the majority of their time in Greenville. They briefly grew apart after leaving Greenville, going to different parts of the state and country. Their friendship brought them back into each other’s lives for around 10 years now.

Emily Taugher

Bridesmaid

Emily became Cory's sister-in-law in 2021. They have grown close and have been to football games, wineries, comedy shows and so much more together. Cory had a great time celebrating Emily at her wedding as a bridesmaid, and hopes that Emily will will feel the same way. Emily's 3 daughters will also be the flowers girls!

Brad Clinton

Groomsman

Brad (BC) and Ryan met at East Carolina University. Their friendship was probably built largely on the basketball courts at ECU’s rec center, and after the sun went down in Greenville. BC is from the same part of Durham where Ryan lives now. His roots in the area, along with their friendship built in Greenville, connected Ryan to the larger group of friends and family that he has in the Durham area.
