Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal or semi-formal. Also keep an eye on the weather, March in NC can vary widely. Both the ceremony and reception are indoors, but outdoor space is available.

How do I get to the venue? What is the parking situation?

Answer

The Wedding will be held at The Upchurch in Cary 7213 Roberts Road, Cary, NC 27519 There is a big parking lot available (free of charge), and they allow cars to stay there overnight (if you opt not to drive home).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

4:30pm. The ceremony starts at 5:00 and we would love that you are present and seated a little before 5:00

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are asking that no kids come to this event. There will be drinking and we want everyone to enjoy the night and have a worry free evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will be held in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. We ask that guest start arriving by 4:30. Cocktail hour will take place following the ceremony- 5:30-6:30 Reception- 6:30-10:00pm

Will there be an open bar or a cash bar?

Answer

Open bar, baby! We will serve beer, wine and liquor.

I’m visiting from out of town, what can I do in the area?

Answer

There are plenty of things to do in Cary and the surrounding areas. From kid friendly parks and museums, to breweries and restaurants. Visit https://www.visitraleigh.com/things-to-do/top-10/ to explore online yourself, or ask Cory or Ryan for suggestions!
