Cocktail attire is perfect! There is plenty of grass, so maybe leave the stilettos at home ;)
We love your children, but due to venue and space restrictions, we cannot accommodate kids at the wedding and rehearsal dinner (babies in arms only). If you need assistance with baby sitters, please reach out to Cory and Estevan directly- we can help!
It may be a good idea if you want to travel around to more than just the wedding venue. There are many car rental options for you at the Rogue Valley Airport in Medford, and a great service called Turo where you can rent a car typically for less than a company like Enterprise. Check them out!
There is plenty of parking onsite. Of course, Uber, Lyft, and local Taxis are available. Bear Creek Taxi is a great local taxi service (be sure to book in advance for this one).
The ceremony begins at 4pm, followed by cocktail hour at 4:30. Dinner will be served at 6pm, followed by music and dancing at 7pm until 10pm.
Generally, weather is beautiful in southern Oregon in September. It should be pretty warm during the day, but not overly hot. At night, it will cool off but should not be anywhere near freezing cold.
The whole wedding will be outdoors. In the rare chance of rain, tents will be utilized.
