We have a room block at the Holiday Inn, Crystal Lake with shuttle service to and from the venue. If you prefer to call and make your reservation, please call 1-800-465-4329 and provide the CODE (GEW), event name, and dates.
Shuttle
September 13, 2025 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
All guests are welcome and encouraged to utilize the shuttle service, whether your group is staying at the hotel or not. The shuttle will run about every 10 minutes between the Holiday Inn, Crystal Lake, and the event space at the following times on Saturday, September 13th: Pre-ceremony | 4:00 PM - 4:50 PM Post-ceremony | 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM Additionally, the driver will be available throughout the evening to make one-off trips in case you need to run back to the hotel or prefer an earlier night.
