We'll be having an evening ceremony in the beautiful backyard of Andie's childhood home. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will all be outdoors. An indoor bathroom and a port-a-potty will be available.
Cocktail attire with a touch of casual. It's a backyard wedding, after all! Think polos, linen suits, cocktail dresses, and summery maxis. We will be in the grass, so please plan your footwear accordingly. Shoes optional - the bride and groom will be barefoot most of the night. Need some inspiration? The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in. Tip: the shuttle will be running from the hotel to the Gibbons' house from 4:00 PM - 4:50 PM. You may park at the Holiday Inn and utilize the shuttle whether you are staying there or not.
Please refer to the travel section of our website. We have a room block at the Holiday Inn, Crystal Lake.
All guests are welcome and encouraged to utilize the shuttle service, whether your group is staying at the Holiday Inn or not. The shuttle will run between the Holiday Inn, Crystal Lake, and the event space at the following times on Saturday, September 13th: Pre-ceremony | 3:55 - 5:55 PM Post-ceremony | 7:55 - 10:55 PM
There is limited street parking on Mulberry Lane. Please be mindful that the event is in a neighborhood, so carpooling, shuttling, or using a ride-share service is preferred.
Although we love your kiddos, this is a (mostly) adult affair. The only children at the wedding will be those participating in the ceremony - our sweet nieces and nephews!
