Guest shuttles will arrive at the Omni and the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:30 pm for a strict 3:45 pm departure for the Wool Factory. Guests staying elsewhere should plan on taking the shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttles will be available for guest pick-up during the reception, starting at 10 pm. The schedule will also be posted around the venue.
The ceremony & reception will take place indoors, while cocktail hour will be outside in the courtyard (weather permitting).
The attire for our wedding is formal. For those who may ask, the bridal party is wearing sage green and the wedding colors are sage, lavender, black, and cream. The wedding is mostly indoors and on smooth concrete surfaces but there will be a metal staircase down from the shuttle buses to the venue, for those who are curious about appropriate shoe choices.
While we love your little ones & families, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening, as the party will be adults only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Yes! The Wool Factory is highly accommodating of food allergies or dietary needs. Please let Kathryn or Cory know via text if you have any special requests by February 23rd.
