Shuttle from Farmington hotels to the venue and back

Shuttle service will be provided from the Hampton Inn/Holiday Inn in Farmington, MO to the venue. Pickup will be at the parking lot between the two hotels. Pickup is at 4pm. At the end of the evening, two return shuttles will transport guests from the venue back to the hotel. The first return shuttle will leave the venue at 9pm. The second will leave the venue at 11pm (end of reception). The shuttle ride is approximately 35 minutes each way.

The Hampton inn in Farmington does not offer a room block or discounted booking link. Please book through the website or through a third party app. The shuttle pickup location will either be at the Holiday Inn or the Hampton Inn depending on where the majority of guests stay. Both of these hotels are right next to each other and walkable.

This hotel is only 2 miles from the Hampton inn and Holiday Inn in Farmington. At this time, we don't have a scheduled shuttle pick up for this hotel, but if there are guests that wish to stay here we can include this hotel in the shuttle route.

There are 10 cabins 2 miles away from our venue that are available to rent for those who wish to stay closer to the venue! We have been told that these book up quickly, so make sure to reach out ASAP if you'd like to stay here.

Other Lodging Options
While there are no major hotels directly near the venue, guests who would like to stay closer can reserve cabins about 2 miles away at Washington State Park (https://www.washingtonstateparkmo.com/all-rentals/). Additional nearby rentals may be available on Airbnb. For the most convenient access to dining and entertainment, we recommend staying at one of the two hotels in Farmington.
