Where should we stay?
Answer
We recommend staying at the Hampton Inn or the Holiday Inn in Farmington. A discounted booking link is available for the Holiday Inn. These hotels are also serviced by our wedding shuttle.

How far is the venue from lodging?
Answer
The venue is approximately 35 minutes from the hotels in Farmington that the shuttle will service. If you prefer to stay closer to the venue, there are nearby Airbnb rentals and cabins available. Please note that there are limited hotel options outside of Farmington. Will transportation be provided? Can locals take the shuttle?
Answer
Yes! Shuttle service will run from the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn in Farmington to the venue, with two departure times before the ceremony and two return trips at the end of the evening. The shuttle is open to all guests. If you plan to use it, please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Is the reception at the same location as the ceremony?

Yes! Everything is taking place at the Berkshire Ridge wedding venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive with enough time to be seated by 4:45 PM.

Where can I park?
Answer
Parking is available at the venue, and vehicles may be left overnight if needed. Shuttle service will also be provided from the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn in Farmington to and from the venue.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Sunday best attire is requested. Khakis, slacks, dresses, skirts, polos, and button-downs are encouraged. Please no denim, jeans, or shorts.

Will there be alcohol included?
Answer
Have you met Cory Fox? Of course there will be an open bar. We’ll have liquor, wine, and beer options available throughout the evening.

Is there a rehearsal dinner?
Answer
We've opted not to host a rehearsal dinner. If you are traveling from out of town and arriving early, some of our favorite local spots include 102 Taphouse (Farmington), Hub’s Pub (Bonne Terre), and 12 West (Farmington).
